Welcome to Flaves ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website flaves.in, our online ordering platform, and the dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering services provided at our restaurant located at Sector 2 Market, Dhurwa Rd, Dhurwa, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834004.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order through our website. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India.

3. Online Orders

  • All orders placed through our online ordering platform are subject to availability and acceptance by Flaves.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or on-screen notification. This confirmation does not guarantee delivery time.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate. Flaves is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by you.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website and menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
  • We accept payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Flaves does not store your card or banking details.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within our designated service areas in and around Dhurwa, Ranchi. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If the order cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts to contact you, the order may be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. While we take care in preparing our dishes, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.

7. Catering & Banquet Bookings

Catering and banquet bookings are subject to a separate quotation and confirmation. An advance payment may be required to confirm a booking. Cancellation terms for catering and events will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Flaves name, logo, images, menu descriptions, text, and design, is the property of Flaves and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the operation of the website, or to harass our staff or delivery partners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
